ManageMyHealth Patient Portal

We are excited to have ManageMyHealth (MMH) now available to our patients.


During the COVID lockdown we have identified it is more important than ever to be able to give you as many options as possible to access our services.


To activate your account please come to reception with a copy of photo identification or email with a copy of photo identification and confirm your address or request a call back from one of our admin team.

Please note this service is available to patients 16 years and over and will require an individual email address.


What is Manage My Health?
Our Manage My Health portal will be able to offer you:

  • Appointment bookings online
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Access lab results

and other features as they become available.
